Made by Richard Willis, a member at the non-profit Project Onward Studio in the Birdgeport Arts Center in Chicago. These to-scale models of classic, and disappearing, Chicago water towers are lovingly constructed from cardboard and paper. Willis is also a prolific producer of buildings in Chicago, and CTA buses and trains.
