Billy James Joyce (b. 1983) is a painter based in Chicago. He received his BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and his MFA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Exhibitions include Presence Interrupted at Julius Caesar in Chicago and That’s Us at Land and Sea In Oakland.
